It has been 3 days and the gate is still stuck open not operating could have been fixed but management put her foot down and said not to touch it. So I'm not going to touch it. I'm keeping a very close eye on my cameras just to see who's going to walk through here or drive through here and steal shit. When I first got here it wasn't that bad of a place Alan Clark definitely knew how to manage his place new person don't. The owner Dylan in the past 10 years I've heard new fencing, the buildings were going to be all sided with siding instead of wood, that this place was going to be sold and asphalt for a roadway and the drains fixed, haven't seen none of that so this place is bullshit. As soon as I can figure out a way to get out of here I probably will. And I would never recommend this place between the mice the skunks the possums the groundhogs and we cannot forget about the deer can't go fast around here or you could hit one of them. The owner is nothing but a bunch of Lies but the rent is cheap that's what's keeping me here at least for the time being let's see how many days weeks or months it's going to take before the gate is fixed and all the other stuff that was promised gets done LOL. And just one of the little fact yes the manager did go ahead and get out to the meth heads that were here but he keeps a crackhead that for the most part lives here protects him and listen to the electrical work knowing that he admitted on camera that he has something to do with the fire that happened back in P building a year and a half ago. The same person has done some electrical work and one of the other tenants told me that his electrical is worse now than before he fucked with it. Bottom line stay away from here find someplace that's better. I would never recommend this place even in my worst enemy.

I have been here for just about 10 years. When Alan Clark was manager this place wasn't too bad. I would always help out with Alan with the gate and some security around here and there wasn't any problems. Now with New Management and this place supposed to have been sold but never has. Things that were supposed to been done in the past 10 years that have never been done. I was just told that my help is not needed no more that new management will take care of everything the new gate system is a fucking bullshit since ever since they put it in it has been nothing but headaches staying open staying closed opening up halfway closing halfway and was just told that if I touch the thing again that I can be evicted or anybody can be evicted so from now on I'm not going to do shit around this place I don't give Fuck about this place anymore. I got my own camera setup anybody fucks with my shit I will deal with them. The price for my place has been decent which I keep hearing that it's going up and a lot of the other tenants have already left because of the prices going up. If I had someplace else to go at this moment I would just to get the fuck out of here. All I did was try and help to save this place money. Oh and by the way Dilan you can go FUCK YOURSELF and new management. Since the new rules are going to make nobody wanting to be here..
